This isn't Telus. It is a telemarketing/fraud boiler-room in Pakistan that was hired by Telus so that they wouldn't have to pay Canadian minimum wage. The number is spoofed you can tell because they don't put the name Telus in the header they repeat the number instead.This is a VOIP feature used by con artists and fraud purveyors. Sometimes they use an entirely different number but it is always these fraudsters in Pakistan calling on behalf of Telus. So they already have your name and number and are well underway in having sufficient information to steal your identity. Give them no further information.

Extremely poor representation of Telus. Language barrier made call impossible to understand. He thought I was my husband. Will never listen to full solicitation, haven had many calls in past weeks, same experience. Need them to cease calling!

this is telus called, ones i called them to move my service to new address. They told me new address only can accept internet 6 and satelite tv, i was internet 50 and opcik tv. And they ask me to downgrade service to that, i know internet 6 are super slow, i said no. after that she star lie to me, said this area are only accept telus not other company. I do not truth what she said. i told her i will call back, i need call shaw first. later on she use her number called me back, said me don't call other company. when i ask her name, she said she can not tell me and cut the line. i call second time waiting for 40 mins ask others her name is Carla.
