These people keeps on calling myself, for the past 3 years. Even thou I keep on pressing "4" on saying this person is not at this residence.How it happen, I moved into an apartment and my land line phone with me. Wiggans right away started calling myself for payment. Turns out it was the previous tenant that lived in the apartment that owed money. NOT ME!I really want to go to Wiggans with a Lawyer and march into their office and demand to be taken to court. Just want them to look stupid in court.I owe zero money!

Here’s my situation: Parked at Shoppers 5 and Cambie in Richmond. It’s free parking all around except one side, but it’s not clearly marked. I parked there three days in a row. On the third day I received a ticket on my wind shield. I called diamond parking to explain this. They said that I actually have three tickets. The first two tickets were written by proxy!. It wasn’t until the third day when I saw a ticket on my windshield did I realize that I was parked illegally. When I tried to explain this to the Diamond person on the phone, they said they mailed the first two tickets. The address they gave me was an old one and who knows if it was even delivered. I never received them. The woman got heated wth me and put me on a tow list. And now Wiggins is involved. And when I try to explain it to them, they won’t listen.Point is: I would have paid the fine had I known I was parked illegally. Shoppers Drug Mart is free parking except the one side where it’s easy to assume it’s also free. Now there is a sign there that is more visible then before.Where can one complain about this? Can I take them to small claims court?

Please do. These guys are bullies who harras you and just assume your guilty even if your not. There's now way of getting them back.

i parked there too. $100.00 fine for five minutes. I would have paid $30.00, but not a C note.theyve been calling for 2 years. Listen to the message, answer the prompt that says your the wrong person and that usually buys two months.

This phone number is Wiggins Adjustments Ltd. This is a two-bit bill collection agency located at 19985 68th ave. in Langley B.C.Getting these calls here too, usually daily, sometimes several times within hour, including weekends. I don't even have any outstanding debts, it is a case of mistaken identity .

I keep getting damn calls from this stupid company. I didn't pick up for a while but when i got curious and did they said i owe them $301.93. I don't know why so i hung up. I searched it online and i saw many people get calls too and their as annoyed as me. This is a joke. I don't know how they even got my info!!!!

I have no idea what these people want. They keep calling me and want my credit card or cheque. When I called the number back, it says it's not in service. annoying, some kind of scam.
