Renewing your Autoplan insurance or ANY contact with ICBC (like a change of address or driver's licence information) IS considered a transaction (even if it was more than 15 days sometimes) so ICBC will still try to contact you to see if you got good service from the Autoplan brokers who are selling their product - but it's a voluntary survey - you never have to do it; just let somebody know that's what you want. If any question ever sounds funny on any survey, I choose to decline the question.
Got a call from this number tonight, a few of you have mentioned it is ICBC doing a survey... this could possibly be true because just last week I had to file a claim with them.I've blocked them anyway because they did not leave a msg.
It's funny because I have had car insurance with ICBC for over 20 yrs and they have never once called me to see if I'm happy with their service lol.
Get calls from this number and when I pick up, the other side hung up, no speaking, annoying
more calls for icbc survey what a joke . no info for them . they did not want to send me the survey. and hung up.
That's why I don't understand, Why does someone from this phone number call, but remain silent. It happened several times, as soon as I picked up the call, the other end hung up. It doesn't make any sense, If it is a research or survey company, why not speaking?
Must be other groups using this company for things too. I don't think they'd call a 403(southern Alberta) number for a survey about ICBC.
