I just called a call from this number. Caller ID said "Public Outreach". They called back immediately after no answer at my house and I picked up on the second call. Man said it was "Oxfam Canada" wanting to verify my details because my most recent donation hadn't gone through. I hadn't been able to donate since March. He said he wanted to go over my credit card details.
