Got a call from this number; only message he left was "So we call you and you don't even f**** answer?"It's ICBC cause someone hit my car but I am FURIOUS. Launching a complaint

if some one phones you and claims that they are from I C B C they should be not using that name to gather info that they all ready have and then you question the person on the other end and they are oblivious of the person that is handling your claim if i did this i would be charge with misinterpretation and charge with fraud shame on you

ICBC called to tell me about my claim that the other party accepted responsibility (well of course it was their fault). However she had the audacity to accuse me that this would have been my fault. Excuse me!!!! where you there at the accident to be able to make a stupid judgment that you just made. She also asked information I had already given when I made the claim. Is this some sort of stupid tactic to blame me for an accident I did not cause. What a shame that ICBC is made-up of staff like this lady who called me. I should have given her a piece of my mind and gotten her name. Who ever you are, you are a monster and an evil person.
