Had a lovely conversation with one of these people, who refused to tell me who he worked for (caller ID didn't say, either) and when I asked why he was calling, he very rudely told me he wasn't calling for me. I hung up. This isn't the first time this number has called me. Tired of the harassment from these (clearly) incompetent workers!
Refuse to answer any incoming calls that I am not familiar or deal with on a daily basis. If one does happen to come through even though our number is unlisted, I plan on MUTING and ignoring the irritating pests ruining my day.

Called me about the same time yesterday. Does not leave a message with call back number or brief message as to purpose as a normal person would.
Most likely a scam. Didn't recognize caller ID so did not answer and it (robocaller?) left no message. Nuff said.
