i work in a call center making cold calls on behalf of our government so i generally try to be nice to other phone workers because it can be very tedious but this was a person who was clearly unhappy and kind of rude to be honest. i stated that i did not own the car she had mentioned.... (tried getting quotes for my old car online last year heh guess thats why they called) and she then switched to do you own or rent and told me she would have another agent call me for renters insurance when i answered rented hung up without saying thank you or have a good day or anything to that extent. as well the noise pollution was terrible it was hard to hear her voice cut threw i hope my call center is not that bad!
