Called claiming to be The Solutions Department (of Norton} claiming to owe us a refund of $249.95 for computer security services which I purchased (?) several years ago. And if I don't cancel/re-subscribe/accept a refund, they would charge me again $249. Very heavy foreign accent, very evasive, hung up on me without advising the name of the company he worked for, called him back and got the same story but I hung up on him? SCAM!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
