Market opinion research is allowed under the do not call list legislation. charitable contribution calls are allowed too. If you have a business relationship with someone they are allowed to call you. So if you have a Chase credit card Chase can call you legally under the DNC legislation. If there was a list where no one but friends and family could call you I would be the first to sign up for such a list.
We always dispose of a call as an answering machine when an answering machine picks up.
Hey guys we found out if u go online for those free surveys 4 free credit card or even a one of those free gift cards u r getting yourself to a living nightmare these callers r from these web site /we never had problems until our teenager signed up 4 a free gift on MySpace 4 a free T-mobile you have to sign up 4 a couple of surveys., we investigated and back track ourselves and now we r with u all they are go by "IntDicTelec" or "KantarOPS" and many many more cause of those free surveys 4 free gifts or credit card deals
Kantar Ops....Calling on a Sunday......Come on.....GET A LIFE! It's annoying enough getting calls from them through the week. Isn't it a law that they can't call on a Sunday?
you must have gone on the web for a free gift card / or checking for a good credit card deal or someone at one time used your computer and entered your home ph/cellular # but believe us they got it off of this we never had problems until our teenage signed up for a free phonesurvey a LIVING nightmare
I get this call at least 5/7 times a week. They call and I let it ring. Never going to give them the opportunity to speak to me.
Oh big deal. I took the survey when they called. At no time did they ask me anything that would identify who I was, where I worked, etc etc. No identity theft there.
Last night this number called and it was a survey company, not selling anything so I said I would do the survey. It was about medical issues and was focused on COPD. I finished the survey and mentioned my husband has COPD and is in the hospital right now for an unrelated issue. She said she would call back and I told her "No, my husband won't speak to you." and she kept insisting she would call back until a polite call turned into a confrontation. Finally, I said "do not EVER call back here" and hung up. You can't give 'em an inch, cuz they will take a mile!
