Gentleman who works in collections, wanted our company to use him to collect on any debts that are owed to us. We don't have any need for his business but I just wanted to say that he was very polite and pleasant to speak with, even the other times I sorta was dodging his calls (you know how Receptionists are with telemarketers/cold calls). Normally I would never say anything too nice on here because this is where I come to let out the frustration I have with these people. But Mr. Mendoza was pleasant enough and if we did need his services I'd rather use him than some of the other jerk wads I've dealt with... the ones that try and bully you into using their services...
