I noticed this phone number on my call ID/blocker. Apparently they called last night at 1836 hours on my DNC listed phone. Of course, if they are or are pretending to be a survey company, then that's their loophole around the DNC list. The convenience of being on the DNC list is that I know that there's a VERY high likelihood that unfamiliar numbers will be scammers and spammers.
