Yes, I have started getting calls from this number recently. But only after ignoring a number that had area code 202 (which I think is Washington DC) that offered free vacations.
Just got a call on my work cell from 1-646-630-0031 - did not pick up and they did not leave a message,
I'm in Windsor just got this call. Fortunately if I don't know the number or if it an area code I don't recognize I ignore it.my mobile carrier is virgin. bell and virgin are bell, fido and Rogers are Rogers.
