I'm with Rogers in Montreal and I have received a call from this number congratulating me on winning something. I disconnect immediately. It is a recording and not a live person. I sometimes have received the same message but from 202-427-2637. Not sure how to block calls on Rogers device.
I am in London Ont & I recd this text & phone call on Sat on my Rogers phone. Only my spouse & mother have my cell # - for emergencies only.....
