Got called at 8:04 May 4th - Bell Mobility in MontrealAlso been called by the DC number 3 times. My mom twice.
Got one last night at 8:36pm, one tonight at 7:11pm. I'm in the GTA with Rogers. Very frustrating as I recently lost my camera in NYC and was so hopeful the call was about that :( Both times the phone stopped ringing before I could answer... glad I didn't pick up.
This is all very strange.. happening to all these people in the past few days... This number called me around eight this morning, I didn't answer and they left no message. 5/5/2013I am from MontrealI too received a call on my cell from 646-630-0031; did not know about the call until I got up the next morning & noticed the number on my caller ID goggled the number to find out who the caller was for I did not recognize the area code. Thanks for the posts, here is an additional person, my question is what do they want? What is the next step in reporting this caller? Especially since in my case is probably in reference to advertising on selling items on Kijiji because I just posted two days ago on their website to sell some items, I should of never put a phone number as a contact with an email address I should of just submitted an email address. Hopefully, this will get resolved if there is bad intentions involved.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
