This number has called me 4 times in the past 3 hours. Like most others I spoke with Sunlife Financial earlier today about a recent health claim. Very annoying and upset Sunlife is doing this.

A lady called me saying that she is is hired by Sun Life Financial to carry out a survey services. She asked for my passed two days activities. I told her to send the survey form to me by e/mail. She said she did not do that. I refused to answer further question telling her because she is unknown to me. She sounded not happy and said "I'LL LET YOU GO THIS TIME.". She sounded demanding and like interrogating me. I reported to Sun Life immediately. Sun Life investigativeservices@sunlife.com replied "Thanks for bringing this to our attention and thank you for remaining vigilant. Sun Life has no connection with the phone number provided below."

I'll look into this further. if there is a sun life connection, and I think it is, I'll also report the number to investigativeservices@sunlife.com as above.(I got the dead air treatment)

Called sunlife today as well, and the rep actually confirmed my cell phone number. It should illegal for sunlife to release my personal telephone info to this 3rd party company

i don't want unwanted calls

Received a call from this number today with no response when picking up. I had called sunlife customer service yesterday.......I sent an email to the investigativeservices@sunlife.com address requesting they issue me compensation or I will remove all of my investments.

Ok so they just called me back 2 hours later. I answered and it was a recorded message asking if i wanted to take part in a survey about the Sun Life customer service. They give you the option to either do the survey, do it at another time or not do the survey. I chose not to do it and the call ended. I shouldn't be getting another call from them.

Survey company...this call was made on behalf of SUNLIFE financial.
