This # called me at 9PM while I'm in the middle of studying. I answer, and what sounds like a recording asks if I can here them ok and tells me they're from customer service. I hang up. They call me back. I answer, and hang up right away. They call again. I answer and listen for a minute to get additional info about who the hell these people think they are. They claim to be giving away tickets to Disneyland or something stupid relating to Disneyland. I tell them to get lost. They did not call back, but I called the number to see what else I could find out, and an automated voice saying something like 'the survey is now complete, press 9 to get off the list'. I pressed 9, so hopefully they don't call back.
This is a survey company....robo calling people, when someone answers, they hang up on all the other people they were calling at the same time. If they call on your cell phone, just block the number. I have xFinity at home, so I block it there too. No big deal people
Rec'd call - did not answer. Called right back and it said "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. The number you called is not available. Please try your call again."
Thanks for the info. Honestly.My advice is to register your number with the DONOTCALL.gov site and report their call. They go after numbers based on # of complains.Best.
Number unknown to me. Called me at 11:40 am on my cell phone - missed call because no one ever calls me.
Just called my VOIP number and left no msg. I am in Australia, so it is no one I know and it is prime telemarketing call time in California.
Sometimes survey callers are actually debt skip tracers looking for location info on people. It's highly illegal but it happens. Best is to never ID yourself when they ask for a name. Ask who is calling, first things out of your mouth. Never admit who you are or ID yourself to anyone cold calling you.Then report them to donotcall.gov. Peace.
