Best info here is that this is a solicitor for Planned Parenthood. To bad. If they had just called me and caller ID had come up with their name, I would have asked them to send me donation material in the mail and I would have contributed. But since they are being tricky with a disreputable telemarketer, they don't get anything from me, and if they keep calling, I will ad them to my selective call forwarding list. I don't block telemarketer numbers, I use selective call forwarding to send them to the number for the Virginia Tea Party (540-455-9306).

I've been getting calls from various numbers in area code 661 over the past couple of weeks. I pick up and disconnect immediately--gives me the satisfaction of hanging up on them.

That's quite a list of charities. I've contributed to more than one of them over the years. I'm disappointed that they are using a fund raising organization that only forwards 51% of the contributions it receives to the actual charities. I won't answer their calls, and I probably won't donate again to any of these charities who provide my contact information to such solicitors.

I don't believe for a second this is really Planned Parenthood. If it were, why in the world would they use different bogus, generic i.d.'s?They wouldn't!

I agree. I just got the call. I didn't know the number , didn't answer. No voice mail. Second call, first call months ago. You're fine as long as you don't give out information. :)

several calls/day. no vm. i haven't ever answered, but the other posts mention Planned Parenthood and i've made donations to them in the past so it could def be them.
