Same experience as Carolyn. I called number back and told them they were NOT to send any postage products to this office. Woman who answered said order had been cancelled. Interesting is that when you call, you get the "Thank you for calling...." but no company name is given.

Called asking for a payment of $370.38 for postage supplies, we use only Pitney, Sounds like a scam

Amanda called asking for payment for Pitney Bowes products that were sent us after they scammed us into telling them our machine information.

Fraud by deception. Hang up if you get this call. Will say they are your vendor when they are not and will send you invoices for supplies you did not order. SUPER SCAMMERS! I turned them over to my REAL vendors' legal dept.

An overly friendly older woman called and asked me to give her information about our Pitney Bowes postage meter. I told her I would verify what she already has in her system. She provided the wrong information. I quickly ended the call.

Received a call from Gloria, 661/775-7650 who identified herself as being with the meter company we use at the office. Later in the conversation she called the company US Postage Meter. She asked if I noticed the new updated rate on the meter and apologized for not getting my ink cartridge order out. My meter rates had been updated and the machine was indicating low ink. I had ordered an ink cartridge just two days before and thought well this must be my meter company's shipping department. Per Gloria the order had not been chipped and she wanted to extend her apologies by including a StarBucks gift card with the cartridge. She advised me that I would be receiving a call the next day from the distribution center who would give me a confirmation number for the shipment.The next morning I received my ink cartridge from my meter company. Then a couple hours I received a call from Elizabeth again indicating she is from my meter company, who wanted to give me an order confirmation number on the shipment going out today. I told her I felt this was a scam call and asked where she was located. She hung up on me.We'll see if another cartridge shows up. I do not want to deal with that. Luckily no money has changed hands.
