Got a call from 686 813-3913 while I was on the golf course this am. I was expecting a call from someone coming to replace a windshield. Missed the call, called it back and got a recording saying the number was not working number. I was surprised to see this number show up here on the internet. I will not answer it if it calls me again.

Missed call today at 2:23 pm EST. I have a Virginia cell and the carrier is T-Mobile. After reading the replies, does everyone else have T-Mobile? Maybe that is the link. Anyways, I have added the number to my phone so I know not to answer.

google area code 686 and it says San Felipe Mexico - not Australia as someone mentioned below. Can't call back cause either most people can't call international from their cell phones or the international and country codes are needed prior to the phone number. Did see a site talking about resorts in San Felipe thought I didn't see this specific # listed.

Received call today on my cell appx 1:30 EST. I have Verizon so it's not exclusive to TMobil. However, if I'm not mistaken, I've gotten a call from the same number on my home phone, which is not Verizon, so it's obviously not just cell phones, either.

I received this call too and did not answer it. I'm surprise it's listed here. Thanks for the warning. I couldn't trace it either.
