Have been getting one call every hour or so. No answer and then I get a beeping sound... I call it back and it says that the call can't be completed.. wtf?

I also got 4 in the last 4 hours. I stayedd on the line and a man with very broken english was on the line. I asked what it was about and he said something about debt....told him to take my name off the list, he said he can't.

I get it again just now and it is the same phone number but starts with a +692 2372836... I am not getting them as much today but still getting the calls nonetheless. This all started yesterday when a very middle eastern guy was asking me about refinancing my auto loan.. I said no thanks and he just said bye and hung up.. then I started getting these calls..my iphone says they are either unavailable or from saskatchewan Canada... the 692 prefix I looked it up and its from Ontario... How can I get these to stop??

I have also been receiving calls from this number asking if I wish to re-finance an auto loan. I have also since received calls from 448-537-2835 asking if I applied online for a payday loan. Any ideas how to make these calls stop?
