This f---ing carpet cleaning service has started calling me again everyday. I thought I had finally gotten rid of them last year.

Had received numerous messages from this moron in the past. Had blocked the number successfully for a number of months.Now today, under a new number, she's back! I let recording play out, pressed option "1" to schedule an apt, and then got disconnected! Really doesn't make any sense, to solicit a customer to provide a service, and then disconnect. I mean WTH purpose does this serve. All these idiots pull the same garbage.And they gain WHAT from it?

Got a call three times in a row. Thank goodness Verizon blocked the number. This is an unwanted attack.

Got call on cell phone - did not answer - left no message. We live in NJ so long way from 701 (ND) to clean carpets.

I also get these harrassing calls. The Do Not Call Registry is useless. I've reported the number four times. One time when I *69 it went tto the Pennsylvania Hotel in New York. All other times the phony FCC regulations spiel about removing the number. Someone has to be able to track these lowlifes down and stop them once and for all.

My phone number is on the "do not call list" and I'm still getting telemarketers. I did not answer this call but just hung up so I do not know who it was. I just want them to stop calling.

Report says this number is registered to North Dakota. This number calls my phone every day between 2-4pm, but I have even gotten this number calling me as late as 7pm. I Refuse to answer it, there is no voice message left.. and when I have answered it.. its a recording that I just hang up on.So frustrating

They have called me four times. When I wait to get a live person they hang up when I ask about the company phone number and only give the company name as Carpet Care. I finally got their number from *69 and reported them to DoNot call. I will keep reporting them because it's $5000 each time they call.

Same I am in NJ as well... I get the same call!

Thanks ScamBuster, but can you explain the caller block thing. I think you are recommending we block all "unavailable" calls and then have freinds/family dial*87 before calling? Or does the block restrict any caller that does not give both name and phone number?Thanks for your help.
