Kudos to you for reporting them to the FCC - I was just going to do that - annoying people.

People..people..people! These are phishing scams! All they want to know is if the number they are calling has someone foolish enough to pick up the phone! They then sell that info to others; OR they are hired by another (perhaps a bill collector) to verify that the number will be answered and at what time.There is NOTHING you can do to stop this abuse!!! You can blow whistles (which does nothing since with the digital age, over modulation is clipped on the receiving end), curse at them, or whatever if it makes you feel better; but with those acts you accomplish nothing but tell them "someone is home, and answers the phone"!The best thing you can do is not answer the phone if you do not know who is calling (caller ID?)! Turn off your answering machine. Tell your friends to dial *82 before they call you to 'unlock' their caller ID block just common courtesy. Your life will be so much nicer and peaceful if you follow this tactic long enough till the A** holes give up. And they will! The voice of experience! Good luck; I wish you all peacefulness! I do not want this number calling my cell phone number ever again.

I have my phone set to ring after only the 2nd ring then I look at the caller ID and if I don't recognize the number (especially if it's in a different area code) I simply don't answer. It's not too annoying with ONLY two rings.

They keep calling and when I answer they hang up. Once I could even hear someone breathing on the line for about 10 seconds and then they hung up. If I let it ring and go to the answering machine, they never leave a message. They usually call around late morning or early afternoon.

reported to fcc and if you dial their number back they give you option to "opt out" saying it takes 72 hours, however, they keep calling anyway.

Same carpet cleaning ROBOCALL. Reporting them to the DNC registry. Seems noone stops this stuff which is ridiculous.

I receive a call from this number about every other day. It is a pre-recorded message from "Diane" who would like to clean our carpets. I remained on the line and asked the person who answered to place me on their "no call" list. This has become the most aggravating phone call received...over and over again.

Called, we let it ring after which they hung up on our machine.

Stop calling stupid cun_t Diane!!! Stick your carpet cleaner up your [***]!!!
