this is a spam call in spanish...my number is on the do not call list for the cell phone, been less than a year should not be getting spam calls

Got a call from this number on my cell phone a few times. No one has my cell number but my family members, so I don't know how they got it.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
