I got this call too, but didn't answer. No voice mail left. I use Mr. Number (android app) to block these once they come in. Also, I am on the Do Not Call list. I don't really understand why these still come through.
Are we all going to meet as pawns in some diabolical scheme where we'll have to scrap for our lives by solving puzzles?
The number does not accept direct-dialed calls; it is used as a ricochet number for tele-marketers as a way of not being able to trace them should anyone accept the call and follow the information given, ie: give money to a bunch of criminals. rule of thumb? if you see a number, and don't recognize it, let it go to voicemail and then check it on-line, through Google or any other search engine.
I got this call too. Called back and recording says it is disconnected or has changed the area code. ditto to wtf!!!

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
