I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the number. I looked it up on whitepages.com, and it said the number is an unpublished landline based in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Someone called me two weeks ago from this number and...it was in Spanish, I only took a year of Spanish in Comm. College 30 years ago so I could not understand what the fast speaking person was saying!
A friend said it may be the government send a software to the phone to spy on you/calls. Who knows.
Got a call from this number on Jan 24, 2011 in CA - didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
