I also received a call from this number twice and didn't answer both times and no messages, so annoying!
I just received a call with this same number to my cell phone just wanted to know where the 701 area code was and I found this site. I heard a lady speaking Spanish sounded like a recording? But I don't know for sure since I don't speak Spanish.
I got a call from this number and another about 30 min later from a different number (208-911-1186) both with the same spanish recording. Got to love getting calls from an auto-dialer in a language you dont speak.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
