I received this call on my Nextel cellular phone. It's not the first time. The phone number is out of Bismark, North Dakota. Since it was a Spanish-speaking female, and I don't speak much Spanish and I realized it was a recording...I just hung up. By the way, my phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Got a call on my work line, I wasn't there but I have visual voice mail. No one left a message, just air for 30 seconds.
I got this call from the above number and there have been no messages left. This is a police department cell phone and therefore I don't answer any unidentified numbers.

Got this call this morning, it is a spam call message in Spanish about a cash prize that you have "won" and they will ask you for personal info in order to clean out your bank or credit card accounts. It says something like "the cash register just open for you, you have won a big amount of money" or something like that
