It's in your best interest to press 1 to speak with a financial manager now I pressed 1 waited for a lady to come on verified my number and name but i refused to verify my ss# with her or my last 4 or ss# (I don't give that info to someone that didn't give me her name or who she's employed with that is asking) she's said then I cannot help you quite rudely and hung up... if I really owed anyone anything it would come by mail or they would be calling from a business that would immediately tell you who they are and what you owe if anything....
