Left no message but caller ID got the name Ben Jeter

I got a call from (704) 795-1006 and it also comes back to Ben Jeter. When I called back there was male who answered and said, "May I help you?" I told him I got a call and was trying to track down why the call was made and he told me a young man who was not there now was trying to reach me about making an appointment for my heating and air conditioning. Then he hung up. Makes no sense to me at all. The number shows it is for a business named: Paradise Properties Of Nc Inc. But I was unable to find a solid verifiable listing for them either. Something fishy is going on with this guy.

I got a call from the same phone number and today the mystery was solved. A woman called me back from Morris Jenkins to confirm an appointment I made to have my heating unit looked at. She said the tech named Ben Jeter also mentioned me wanting a quote on a new unit. I didn't ask for it, but then I put two and two together and realized the number was for Morris Jenkins Heating and AC

The number is from Morris Jenkins A/C. I have answered several times with "Ben Jeter" coming up on the caller i.d. and it is Morris Jenkins (99% sure it is them, but if not it is another big HVAC co. in Charlotte) and they want to "put you on schedule" to have your heat and air checked out.They call once a month no matter what you tell them (I have told them to stop calling me).One day, two people called me within an hour of each other. Two different #'s, but Ben Jeter came up on caller i.d.

No reply. Name on ID. Called several times. What gives?

Caller has been reported to the National Do Not Call List. I suggest that you do also. This is a telemarketer.

This guy is Ben Jeter from Concord, NC. He has called my house for years and usually hangs up on me when I answer. It makes no sense. I called Morris Jenkins and they say they don’t use his services any more. Same here, he has called here for several years now. And, I did have a new AC unit installed by Morris-Jenkins. Not a good experience, especially when it died 3 weeks later and had to wait thru the weekend before it got repaired the following Tuesday. I heard the jingle so many times about having cool air in my house tonight that I can sing the entire thing myself. He has another number as well, 704-795-2782. He calls you on your cell, too.

He has a new number 704-795-0996. Called me 2x today. Still no answer when I call back.

Ben Jeter called me yesterday from 336-492-2576. Didn't leave a message.
