Caller told me they were called "American Pro Energy".Caller ID said Windsor, CA, looks like American Pro Energy is based in Los Angeles with different phone numbers.Scam
I got a robo call from this number claiming to be from Diamond Financial Services. They are claiming to be a debt collector. I look at the BBB website and it says they are out of business, yet they have a working web site. Nothing on their site has anything for debt collection. Oh, 707-836 is Windsor, CA. But with PBX's connected to the telephone network with Primary Rate ISDN interfaces and Voice over Internet Protocol, it is very easy to spoof the Caller ID, which is a violation of FCC regulations.
These evil clowns are still at it. I wonder, why is it so difficult to track them down, or at least make them stop? Is anyone even trying?
You can identify them using their website registration NATIONALRENEWABLEENERGYCENTER.COM (now closed). These characters have many names and addresses but their web site registration listed phone numbers are typically real. In this case they are: 818-857-1913 Catherine, 818-358-2851 c. salgado, 877-681-3976 & 877-593-2995. The phone numbers are real if you want to call or flood them with SMS text
do not call list is absolutely bogus. I get calls like this every day. Maybe I should change my cell number every 2 years?Ridiculous. Anyhow, on blocked list... idiots...
It just boggles the mind that these morons would continue to call people from all these different numbers. How can they possibly believe that their unscrupulous practices are going to do anything but piss people off. And where do they find idiots to work for them? Who in their right mind wants to waste time making prank calls for scam artists? Specially when they call the same numbers over and over expecting to get different results.
When you called 707-836-9630 they just verified that your phone number is real, and they will call you over and over again later. Get a call blocker and block their number.You need to look at who is behind the scammers, and their real phone numbers (see INFOBB above). You can contact them directly there where they don't expect your calls and/or SMS texts.

Don´t call this phone number at 3:00 AM!
Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
