Just rcvd a call from this number...thought it was really weird cause it came up on my screen with the 1 in front of the number and that has never happened. Didn't answer and they left no voicemailHappened at 4:24pm IA time on a US Cellular phone from 712.986.2323

Since this number is calling peoples landlines and THEN their cell phones, its obviously connected to a data system that stores info on your WHOLE family/situation. Its hacking into our lives, this number calls for survellience.

I just got a call from that number. It was a recorded message in Spanish saying that if you want to learn English in 2 months you should call them :/

Doubt its from a jail but its in spanish and we live in America so who knows what the recorded message is saying. Also, try to call back and the number says disconnected.

Got a call from this number and then 2 minutes later got a call from some Google advertisement nonsense.I have tmobile so have no idea why someone from quest would be calling me. Plus they never leave a msg.

Tehy keep calling and leave no message. When I call back, the message says the number isnot in service or is not a working number.

IT CALLED MY PHONE I ANSWERED IT WAS SPANISH I CALLED BACK IT SAID IT WAS DISCONNECTED MIGHT OF BEEN THE COPS OF THE GOVERNMENT I ALSO HAVE A OLD TYPE OF PHONE OR IT COULD BE SOMEONE FROM JAIL IDK BUT IM RECORDING IT IF THEY CALL AGAIN THE NUMBER SAVED IN YM PHONE............
