F Fulco is calling us 3-4 times a week with no person there when we answerand we are on the Do Not Call List. This is continuing call that we have recieved for months. I will try to call Guttermax and get on their do not call list since they do not follow the federal list
I am on the FTC.GOV's Do Not Call List, live in the Chicago area, and still get a call at least once a day. I will say "hello" at least twice but nothing is ever said back, just silence for a few moments before the person on the other end hangs up. If the person is calling just to schedule a "gutter estimate" in a Houston-based company then 1) why is nothing ever said? and 2) do you plan on flying to chicago to look at my gutters?I doubt it.Seeing as how there are pages and pages of people complaining, I would say this "estimate" idea isn't working, and being a total wise-mouth to people isn't helping your case either.Stop calling. And I'll repeat it, I'M ON THE FTC.GOV LIST ALREADY.
I got a guttermax call and the person (Frank??) was very very rude. I am a disabled guy and my speech is not the best. Frank told me I need to sober up (I dont drink) and hung up on me.... thats a switch, being hung up on by the slimy telesales guy.........
Even you admit in your post that the DO NOT CALL lists do not work. And just for your information, if and when I need your type of service, I will go out of my way to use someone else. And if I see your name associated with anything I am going to use, I will do the same.
I have received several calls from this individual over the last two years. The calls will come in several times a day dispite my being on the "No Call List". Then they will all of the sudden stop for a few months. I think "Oh good. This looney tune has finally gotten the message." But, unfortunately they start up again. Once, my 9 year old daughter picked up the phone. I told her that he was a salesman and to hang up. Apparently this didn't sit well with "Mr. Wonderful" because he began threatening her. This person is the sole motivation for me installing the ability to see who is calling me on my television. I will no longer answer a call from anyone whose number I do not recognize. The last call I received from Mr. Fulco was 15 minutes ago.
Are you suggesting that in ignoring the FTC "Do Not Call List" that Guttermaxx is not commiting a "criminal" offence? Are you seriously suggesting that Guttermaxx LP has never had a complaint? You were responding to a complaint.Guttermaxx LP needs to get their facts straight. We (the people you call 3 and 4 times a night) had a problem with these calls and simply got on the Fed list at FTC.GOV, Jeez...it was really that easy. Now Guttermaxx LP uses that list as their "cold call list" and that is something that can be so easily fixed by our complaints.KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE CRIMINALS.
Good Lord. I was getting several calls from this number too and just blew them off but decided to look on google. Who is this company. And what do they want? I do have resources with my occupation to investigate but will not do that unless it becomes obsessive.
