Telemarketer called my cell. Claims the State of CA wants him to call me -right! Selling solar energy products.Toldhim to remove my tel #. This is my standard line if I do answer which is rare. I report ALL these calls to the www.donotcall.govas the fines levied are based on # of complaints when they do prosecute.

From what I've read these are boiler room calls. The numbers are dialed automatically at least three different numbers at a time and the telemarketer picks one up and the other two are automatically dropped. That's why most times there is no answer.

Called me @ 11:15 6X no dead line and no mssg. Put on reject list.

Please don't call me anymore. I get blank calls ALL THE TIME from this number.

Been getting a rash of calls from 714-776-XXXX prefix, but this is the first 714-406-5216. Same scam, selling solar. This time I asked for their business name (California Green Energy Center), the telemarketers name (Peggy), and their phone number (855-269-4661). BTW, Peggy had to ask several people what the number was. I then informed her this was a cell phone, I was on the Do Not Call list, and to please remove my number.

Thank you. That was very useful information. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY 888-382-1222 is only good for 5 years then you have to re-register. It takes about a month before it kicks in. I have been getting so many calls that are from unknown numbers and there is no one there, no message left and some phone numbers apparently have been disconnected. It is so sad that people feel they have to go to these lengths to get ahead.
