Linda is a bill collector. She is using a service that connect her with people off a lead sheet 90+ day behind in payment. The company she uses is doing whatever they feel will get you to call...she claims no responsibility for the harassment.
claming to have legal proccedings against me. Says to be sure to have your claim number, but they dont give you one in the voicemail, no company name or goverment agency is mentioned.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
