This is an Aramex freight forwarding service for people residing outside of the United states. It is not a fraud. if the box number says KWI that means its Kuwait... If it says SPA that is spain. This is a service so people outside of the US and UK can shop on line.. You can go to www.aramex.com and find more details.
Seems like major miscommunication between the companies and banks, moreover its just a mailbox too the concept is the same, its unfair to randomly block someone without checking the full background, not everyone abroad is a fraud. So much for wanting to push sales at the worst recession in history, I guess you have record sales nationally.
I just got a call from this guy and the address is:Mohammad , Alsahman / DHA 5360147-29 182nd StreetSpringfeild(spelling of Field) NY 11413I do not feel good about it I might just not even deal with it. Thank You All!!!
Even though there are probably many legitimate buyers who use this service, it is IMPOSSIBLE for a seller to know who is legitimate and who is not. Here is the main problem; ANY TIME you are shipping a product to anything other than the credit card billing address, you run the risk of losing your money. All it takes is for the cardholder to say "I didn't buy that" and if it cannot be proven that it was delivered to the BILLING ADDRESS, you will have no recourse as a seller. That's the bottom line. So yes, sellers do need to be very careful when shipping to this company. Perhaps you need to be asking buyers to fax you a copy of their billing statement as proof that they are the cardholder.
Aramex as freight company is widely used in Middle East by expats (including me, originally from Europe).Cancelling all orders without even checking the end user or blocking IP of freight provider is not wise decision, as you are losing number of potential reliable customers.I will be probably glad to have my order canceled by someone, who cancels my order because I used Aramex or DHL or UPS, or whichever is not your prefered freight company.
Just received an order as well with this phone number in Springfield Gardens, NY. We have been hit with a lot of fraud orders as of late and have been very sensitive to orders that pique our intereste as far as their fraud score. Right now, if an order seems at all fishy we are immediately refunding them rather than dealing with shipping the item and a charge back. Like someone else said, it's near impossible for the seller to know which orders are real and which are frauds and if the billing address and IP address are sketchy or don't match what's on the credit card and is the address we ship to, we get stuck minus the product and the money. It's terrible that I'm sure we've refunded quite a few legitimate orders in the past two weeks, but one mad apple......
