Called numerous times and sent to a special extension requesting a voice message. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE!!!!!!
Stated his name was Angelo and then mumbled through the name of the company he works for. He asked for an office contact by name. Contact is on vacation. Caller would not take voicemail and asked me to complete a 45 second survey to update address information -- I cut him off, I know that this is for a "free magazine subscription" for blah-blah magazine.Ignore the call. Just a way to junk up your mail box :P
Asking to update information for a "free subscription" for some magazine that I didn't get the name of. I asked who it was going to and it was apparently going to our CEO and they wanted to know if he was available. I put them on hold to look them up and then hung up. We get these calls a lot since I am in the marketing department and they often are scams where they say it is free but will then try to bill you for it claiming you approved the charges. If it is something our CEO wants I am sure they will be in touch.
