@Paula: Contact your phone provider or reference your owner's manual, you can completely block that number and not have to worry about confusing or unwanted calls. I have an LG phone and it blocks all numbers on my list or the ones that don't show their IDs. This number is generally used for a talk show/call in program on various topics.

Serial internet troll of ten years who stalks people he does not like - calls people vile names on internet, makes obscene videos, threatens to sue anyone who criticize him, has sued some, doxxes people by the dozen including the elderly, has harassed landlords and employers according to him - has removed 247 you tube channels. Purported to be an FBI asset used to stir things up. Some credence - he still has his you tube channel even after stalking and harassing hundreds of people.
I don't know why this person keeps calling me. He will either say nothing and just breathe heavy in the phone or he will say nasty things. I can't get him to leave me alone. He calls himself "Umbrella Man".
