I am on the "do not call list" why are these peoply calling me? I hit reject, wish something could be done about these unwanted calls using up cell phone minutes.

Yes this number is stealing my cel phone minutes. Where is the Law on this issue?

My phone number is on the " DO NOT CALL LIST" and this caller should be fined for calling.

does NOT work, they use different numbers, diff area codes... they go as far as asking for the credit card number, cuz i just wanted to see if there was anyone there! .... and their response when i said ,"no" , he said then how would he be able to tell me if i fit their conditions!! the scary part is that people must be falling for this with all the debt & hard core, illegal tactics credit companies are taking with people. i dont charge what i can't pay for anymore: been there,done that. got the run around trying to reach fcc phone fraud- govt.joke.

I received a call from this number. I did not pick up as I feared it was a scam. They did not leave a message. How do I stop these freaks from calling me?

I got a call on my cell.Maybe this mike guy got is number stolen, If they are willing to scam CC numbers and steal Ids, what says they wont steal a phone number. Just another form of Identity theft, i would think.

My husband got this call and the ding bat that he is answered it. The guy was asking about if we have any credit card debt. We do not personally carry any debt on credit cards as we pay it off every month...but we do have credit card from wells fargo which was a loan for windows. There is like $4000 on it. Anyways....with just my husbands name the man was able to pull up how much we paid off last month and the current balance. He wanted to lower the interest for us for $795 blah blah blah.. Anyways my husband said no and kept saying no for 10 minutes and then finally the guy said "well then hang up you dumb mother fu*ker"My husband called Chase and they have heard about the fraudulent calls and are trying to find out where they are from. They have changed my husbands account number as well.
