Another bogus area code. They are putting a + sign before the number to bypass the reject feature on the cell phone.
Kept getting calls from them, it's some type of career institute. They would not stop calling for the world. The best bet is to finally answer their call at some point and tell them to take you off their list, b/c otherwise they will not stop calling, and when you call back it can not connect. They finally stopped calling once I told them too. They have several numbers though, b/c I kept getting harrased by several numbers. The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
