Talked to a marketing rep from Superior Marketing. Required a registration fee of $1,495 to sell a property I own in Florida. When I requested an email copy of the agreement, he responded that he needed my credit card information to complete the agreement. He said he could not send a blank and I said, "BYE".
They have called me and everyone in the neighborhood on a weekly basis. The number is blocked but that doesn't seem to bother their dialing computer.
Call at least twice a week. Never leave a message. However, I would like to leave them one!!!!!!! Very annoying.
Received a call from this number yesterday. Some guy said he was with Superior Marketing and wanted to know if we wanted to sell our property in Colorado. I said that I would if the price was right. He said that some other guy with his company would call me back in 30 minutes after they pulled the details and to discuss selling. I told him that that would not be a good time and he asked when to call back and I said Wednesday. He sounded like he did not like that. So, now that I know that this is a scam, it will be interesting to see if someone calls me back tomorrow. If so, I will be asking for a lot more than I know what the property is worth and see what he says.
Pinellas Park huh? I know the area very well. I lived in the area for 5 years. It is located east of the gulf beaches between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. To hell with these land scammers.
