I believe it's the former CBT Direct people. I did one of their online courses and they have been a thorn in my side ever since 2005. They will call and when you tell them that you're not interested, the calls jusst keep on coming. I've even mentioned that my job offers their courses at no cost and they still call. I just memorized the number and just ignore the call. Since they call my cell phone, I definitely don't answer.

Umm I've dealt with CBTXpress and received all my CompTIA certifications. They are a legal company and worthwhile. I think a few posters are people that failed the courses because they lacked the drive or knowledge. The US Military uses CBTXpress and I say you should as well.

Don't ever get involved with CBT they never go away. The training is over-priced and usually out of date.

If they continue to call you once you request to be put on this list' contact the Attorney General from your state and report them. If they call me again you can be certain that is what I will do! Defintely Skillsoft/CBT. I signed up in May 2008. The next week, my wife went into the hospital and nearly died. I spent the next month caring for her while she recouperated. When I called to cancel, I was told I missed the 30 day refund period by 2 days. They would not refund my payment, even though I could procide them with documentation of the extended hospital visit.
