Phone rang stated he was Charlie at CBT and would like to go over my technical training needs. . I stated i would not be interested and he kinda got rude stating we been trying to reach you numerous times and even talked to you. Someone needs to investigate this company because something is not right. Lets see if they call again. For other contact your local Attorney General Office, I know if they get enough complaints they will investigate them and they will be in trouble, so local Attorneys Offices have a "Do not Call Hotline you can contact so you won't get as many harassing calls. .
These people call day & night, very annoying. Not sure how they know my name but not interested in their training
They keep calling me, once in the morning and again in the afternoon unsolicited but I'm never in the office when they call and they never leave a message.
They call me every day. Every day. In the morning.I took a Brainbench test. I didn't ask for harassment.When I finally called back, the sales rep had the nerves to tell me I wouldn't get a job anytime soon with my current skillset. What does he know of my education? I am a Graduate Assistant, and took a course to measure my skills!!I would like to file a class-action lawsuit against them.
I have been receiving calls from this number as well. Very frustrating. Anyone had any luck getting them to stop?
This is SkillFront/CBT eXpress.What do they know of my skills or my abilities let alone the job market here way north (over a 24 huors drive) of where they are located. I find their method of attempting to "Certify" qualified people a pathetic joke along with after speaking to a few of them several times they still didn't get the picture that their so-called services were unwanted. Hell even one of them even tried to convince me that there was something around me.... until well what he said clued me that they were using a job posting board that I already used by the Department of Labor and Industry in my state and had been using since the day it came online. I will NEVER return to Brainbench for anything.Thanks to the wonders of modern VoIP/phone systems they are now blocked by me from even so much as being able to leave me a voicemail.If there is EVER a class action lawsuit against any of these companies I am SOOOOOO there.
I have actually been using them for Training my dept for 3 years. They do have good training. I have never experienced this problem. I do get calls from them but I call that great service. My guys love the training when they use it. I haven't purchased anything since March of this year but I get a call once a month frommy rep.Don Ohio
