I don't know who this is but they need to stop calling my phone at all hours of the day. I have a full time job and work for a living. I cannot answer my cell phone at work! If this is a debt collector people need to understand that times are tough and it's okay if the payment is a couple of days late especially if it is in reference to a medical payment. It's not like they aren't going to eventually get their money!

731 is the area code for west Tennessee outside of the Memphis area, which is 901, btw. 642 is one of the exchange numbers for Paris, which is in the northeastern corner of west TN.

I Have been getting calls from this number ever since I got my new Vonage number. I called them back and they asked if I knew a certain person. I recognized the name because other people had been calling my new number looking for this person. I told her I was the new owner of the number and they apologized and said they would take my number off their list. I assume it is a bill collector since they were looking for a specific person. If it was a telemarketer they would have just tried to sell whoever they could get on the phone. Time will tell if they actually take me off the list and stop calling.

You are wrong about if you pay your bills it won't be turned over to a collection agency. A hospital turned my bill over and I had agreed to pay the hospital a set amount each month and had never missed a payment. The hospital just didn't want the paperwork.
