I keep getting a phone call from 731-642-8454 and this number keep on calling I do not owe any hospital at all.

I got a call from these sleezebags today. They are rude and try to intimidate you. Turns out they were calling for my husband for a past doctor bill that the hospital never billed us for, however, they talked to me as if it was a bill of mine. They ask you to verify your address BEFORE they even tell you why they are calling. In this day and age, you DON'T give any of that information, especially if you don't know who is calling or why they need that. It could have been someone calling to see if I was home and then break knowing I was. They are IGNORANT to think it is okay to do that to people.

rude not to let message,always calls at time which is a bother to my daily chores and or nap.please lose this number.

Left a voicemail but it was a hangup. I believe this is a different number for a MSCB that has been calling with automated messages press 1 if this becky press 2 if she is unavailable press 3 if we have the wrong number. There is no becky that lives here and we do not have the slightest idea who they are talking about. So, I press three whenever I get a chance to pick it up and tonight I even tried calling the company back but it just rang and rang. Why dont do they do their homework better? I will now make it a point to either follow up Monday to see if someone answers. Very annoying. Probably the 10th time in three weeks.

Just got this call to my cell today..5/6/13...after reading all these post, I dialed the number back and receptionist just picked up and answered by saying "Business Office"......WOW, I hung up!!!!!!!!!

Firsthand its against Ar. Laws for a company to collect a debt for another. If you ask them not to call. They must stop, and if not you can sue! If they bought your old debt, they can pay for it you didn't make the bill with them.

This is serious stuff. They will find out where you work or where you live and can sue you if you do not pay them. I found out the hard way. It is def. not something to take lightly or to laugh about.

It's 100% illegal for a collection agency, or anyone for that matter, who is trying to collect money (creditors, collection agencies, etc.) to call your job and say they are going to garnish your wages. If that happened you can sue them. What they did was completely out of line.. and for them to verify employment? Ugh, I dislike collection agencies. They honestly DO break the law time and time again, so since they basically forced you to quit and go somewhere else because of this - if this were me - I would really look into suing them. They broke a HUGE privacy law that every single person trying to collect on a debt knows and has been tested on. It does not matter which state you're in, you are not allowed to speak with anyone other than the person (or their husband / wife) regarding a matter like this.
