Got a fax from this number. It claims that I made a request regarding health coverage. Bogus, as we have been covered for quite some time. The fax number is on the federal DoNotCall.gov list. aaaahhh!
That number has called me many times at all hours. When I call it back it asks me what number I want deleted from my fax. I punched in their's but their machine said it was an invalid number. Trying to fax something to that number is also useless. The 866 # does not work in Canada. Any other solutions?
These calls come in the middle of the night waking us up from our sleep. Thankfully they only come in sets of two with the second call coming 5 minutes later. Then we have a 24 hour break before it starts again. This whole process started about a month ago. I got ahold of Xpedite sys. and after talking to customer service was told they would put a block on my number. It has been two weeks....and no "block" has occurred. We still get calls. (4:00a.m this morning!!!!) I now have tried the opt out number with the pin # that somoeone offered on Sept 13th. I hope that works.
I have tried the no. 866-406-5238 with the pin 112 074 053. Then it asks me to put in my area code and phone number. Since I live in Switzerland (International Code +41) I have tried several options. At the end I just gave in my local area code in Switzerland followed by my phone number. This has been axepted. I hope it works. I will give an update by tomorrow.
I have just benn enformed by AT&T that it will cost me $5.50 a month to block these calls. I am thinking about TIMEWARNER!
I tried the 866# and it said by call wa not accepted as my phone was outside their service area. I don't see how that can be since they certainly call me. I have my phones registered on the Do Not Call list. That doesn't seem to have any bearing on my phone constantly being called by this fax. It needs to stop. It costs me minutes ($) to call my voice mail to just get their calls deleted.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
