My boss keeps getting calls from them and since my boss works out of the office, they hang up on me every time. I am currently on hold with them because I am calling back to ask them to take her off of the list and to complain about the agents being rude and not conducting good business ethics.END RESULT:I was on hold for over ten minutes and hung up.

A female called today to sell me a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty on my vehicle. When I asked a simple question, I was put on hold and a male voice (Dan, her supervisor) picked up. He repeated everything that she said, then told me that I had to make 15 payments after a $349 down payment ($2600 total). Not yet realizing that this was a scam, I told him that I would have to speak with my wife about it, could I get a number to call back. He dropped the phone, then simply hung up. Definitely a scam as no real business would require anyone to make that kind of decision on the spot. I'm about to call the police about it.

My mom received a call from the number above this rude mexican guy around 1:00 pm. She told him that she was not interested in the extended warranty offer and he told her do your debit card number start with a 4 and she told no and he told her to stop lying and that he was going to run her card. What the man said to my mom made her raised her voice so, I grab the phone and ask the person what his name was and he said that he told my mom what his name was but he didn't. The guy was totally rude, he said he was a service manager. Really??? It never seem to amaze me how some people can be so rude to customer when the customer are the one who would be paying for service they would be using. This company will definitely be reported.

Someone called me from this number and asked to speak with Mr. Oliver. When I responded that you have the wrong number they immediately hung up!

I just got a new phone number and got Hertag while ago. I think AT&T automatically circulates all new numbers, listed or not, with these jerks. My new number is unpublished, but I'm already getting as many telejerk calls as I did on the old number. The only fix? Not have a landline, cell or phone period!

Got a call from this number in Virginia. The threatening man insisted on a payment of over $600 immediately for a car warranty or he was going to come to the house with the police and take away the car. No money was paid and I hung up on him.
