I just got a call from this number. Caller ID says it is Hertag SVC. Google says Hertag SVC is also Dealer Services or just Dealer.

I failed to note that I fully believe they use Do Not Call numbers to CALL ANYWAY! I may not bother listing this number on it. It will only make things worse.

Rcvd a call 732.807.5611/ from a man @ HERTAG Extened car warranty svcs. During the conversation, I was listening and asking questions, obviously too many questions, and then he hung up on me. I proceeded to call back, got a female and told her of my experience and she also hung up in the middle of our telecon. Very concerned, I called back again, got another female agent, asked her name and told her of my story (thus far) asked if she was also going to terminate our tel call.... with that being said she replied " no I won't hang up on you... how can I help....did you get your car's mileage". I told That I was quite furious about this short moment of horror, which was uncalled for. She agreed.She left me her tel#, and I told her I would get back to her once my morning settled down. What a mess !!!!

They called me twice today on home and cell phones. They would not believe that I no longer own the vehicle. I hung up on them twice.

Received a call on 6-22-2012, offering extended warrantee. They knew my name and the car make.My number is unlisted and I consider this a harassment.

I recieved a call concerning extending a warranty on my car. I told the first person that there is not a dealership in my town. He gave the phone to a second person. I also told him about the dealership and that I did not want this coverage. He then called me "stupid". I hung the phone up and called back to complain.This behavior is not professional and I did not appreciate being addressed in this manner.

Three more calls to report, two numbers are new, although I've gotten "SERVICE DEPT" from 614-569-2782 before (and I've gotten 216-452-1060 as "HEALTH CARE"), and what's up with "JOSH LUITHLE"? Are these scumbags using people's names now?
