A call from that number is from someone in the University of Michigan Hospital. You can't return a call to that number, however.
FOR ME IT WAS THE U OF MI'S KELLOGG EYE CENTER CALLING TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON. NOTHING BAD.
I received a call from this number and it was a friend calling from the U of M ER. Not a scam number or anything, just a main UM number I imagine.

Call on my cell today. Identified itself as credit card services It said "don't worry this isn't a call about your bill for Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express". At that point I figured it was either a scam or telemarketer and hung up. ( has a [No Name] as caller ID on my cell).

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
