J'ai reçu un appel de ce numéro à 1h16 am . J'ai répondu pour entendre quelqu'un respirer puis poussez un cri strident dans le téléphone avant de raccrocher.
The number is actually 7-3838648177 is the country code for Russia.If you would like to call it back add 011, or report it to your authorities (it is illegal to make unsolicited calls past 9:30 here if I believe).
This is the number that appeared on my telephone. +7-383-864-81-7. It is a phone number from Novosibirsk in Russia.
Received a call, at night, no person on the line. 3:45 am Montreal time. That was on september 11th 2017. Just received another similar call at 6:15 pm today, september 13th. I have the impression it is a scam of some sort. Will block number.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
