Called at 3:20am (I'm I'm Southwestern Ontario). Number looked too weird to be an emergency so i didn't pick up. No message was left.
Nova ScotiaThey called me at 04:46 and the number came up as being from Russia. I didn't answer because I knew it had to be a scammer. I shut off my phone until I woke up a few hours after, then blocked the number before coming here.
